New Clients and Cancelation Policy
I am currently accepting new clients! Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a late fee.
Insurance
I accept Optum/UHC insurance and am out-of-network with all other commercial insurance companies, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. I can provide Superbills for commercial insurance companies that provide out-of-network reimbursement. I also have a limited number of sliding-scale spots, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are experiencing financial hardship.
Therapy Services Rates
Individual Session (55 minutes) – $130
Individual Session (75 minutes) – $180
Payments are due at the time of service. I accept most major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Payments are made through the secure online portal.
