ABOUT
Peggy Rost
I believe that everyone has the innate ability to live a meaningful life and I’m here to help my clients cultivate a sense of harmony within both their external and internal environments.
When I’m not working, I enjoy walking in the woods or by the ocean with my dog, making playlists for every occasion, cooking, trying new restaurants, and seeing live music with my family and friends.

PHILOSOPHY and APPROACH
Securing a Strong Mooring for Life's Challenges
I strive to help adults who are going through a difficult time, which might include a life transition, time of loss, impact of a chronic physical condition, or struggles in a relationship. I have passion for working with older adults and have a lot of experience working with individuals living with progressive diseases and family caregivers. That said, I welcome adults from all backgrounds and stages of life.
As the beloved spiritual teacher, Ram Dass, wrote, "We are all just walking each other home." I am committed to walking alongside clients while offering perspective and curiosity, and aim to help them find a sense of home within themselves and others. I am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems and am also trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
